Go Green! Summer Art Show

In July, Madison attended classes at The Growing Nest located in Ward Warehouse. The classes focused on topics such as The Rainforest, Endangered Animals, Ocean Mammals and more. She learned the important lesson of recycling and reusing materials and incorporated them in her art projects. Some of her artwork include a kite made out of recycled newspaper, a puppet monkey made from felt material and old buttons and a bumble bee made out of styrofoam. Some of her artwork are being displayed in an art exhibit at The Growing Nest until September 30th.
